2. Subject and Scope
This Legal Notice governs access, browsing, and use of PlayAIStory, as well as the rights, obligations, and liabilities arising from the use of its features, interactive software tools, and audiovisual creations.
3. Intellectual and Industrial Property
All intellectual and industrial property rights over the platform design, source code, graphical assets, logos, trademarks, and distinctive elements belong exclusively to PlayAIStory or its respective licensors. Stories, screenplays, and narrative elements created by users belong to their respective authors pursuant to our Terms of Service.
4. Limitation of Liability
PlayAIStory assumes no liability for user-generated content published in public community spaces, nor for unforeseen technical outages, telecommunication carrier failures, or routine infrastructure maintenance beyond reasonable control.

All official notifications, requests, or notices between users and the platform operator shall be deemed effective when sent to our designated email addresses: legal@playaistory.com for legal or regulatory concerns, or support@playaistory.com for technical customer support.
